Question 1

Do I need experience to join kickboxing?

Accepted Answer

No. Most people start as complete beginners. Classes are scaled so you work at your own pace from the first session.

Question 2

Is kickboxing suitable for kids?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We run separate kickboxing for kids with lighter contact and a focus on coordination, fitness and discipline.

Question 3

Can I do both karate and kickboxing?

Accepted Answer

Yes — many of our students train both. As a combined karate and kickboxing center we can build a schedule covering both disciplines.

Question 4

What should I bring to my first class?

Accepted Answer

Comfortable sportswear and water. We will advise on gloves and protective gear once you have settled in.
